Our Process
As a design and remodel company, Redemption Home Remodeling guides the full process, from the first conversation and selections to permits and construction. The team manages the details and trades with quality first craftsmanship and clear communication, so the experience feels hands off and steady.
Before we spend too much of each other’s time, we want to make sure we are both a good fit for each other. After that initial conversation, we’ll come out to your house, hear your vision, see your space, talk about your budget, and then provide a complimentary 3D layout of your new space as well as a ballpark estimate range. If all that sounds great, we can start to get into the details!
Our design team has a checklist of about 350 decisions and details to nail down during the design phase. This is the crucial step to making sure you love your kitchen and every detail is exactly YOU. You’ll meet with one of our designers and they will help you make decisions and show you all of your finishes so that you can make all of your selections with confidence. With the details figured out, we can put together a perfectly detailed price so there are no surprises once we begin construction.
This is where your dreams and decisions in the design phase start to come to life! Now it’s time for you to sit back, relax, and watch as our team of project managers and skilled tradesman demonstrate their talent and hard work to make sure your new kitchen is built to last. It’s a beautiful thing to have respect for one’s space, while also making way for the new and improved! Your life is about to change!
Throughout the project, the project manager is available to answer any questions and receive any feedback you have to make sure your kitchen is perfect. We will do one final walkthrough with you at the end to make sure you are satisfied with your new kitchen. All of our work has a 1 year craftsmanship guarantee. If there is anything that is installed incorrectly we will come out and fix it, no questions asked. We take pride in our work.

If you already have a vision and know all of the details of your project, we can make it come to life. All we ask is that you let us handle the purchasing and managing of materials. That way if there is a problem with anything, it is on us to solve it.
We typically try and stay within 2 hours of our home base here in Lancaster County. But if you have a special project we are willing to make exceptions.
Yes! Depending on the size of the project, the design process will look different. The design is one of it not the most important step in any remodel process. This is where we listen to your vision and make sure we are on the same page with how you want the finished product to look and function. We do this through digital 3D renderings and as many conversations as it takes until you are completely happy with the design of the project.
