I work with Joel on a professional level but also personally used his services for major renovations in a home that I bought for my family. The communication that Joel provides is really great. He's very clear about the process and very transparent as well. If the job wasn't done right, Joel will ensure that it is fixed to the customers satisfaction. He doesn't make excuses or say that your wrong, he ensures that if your not happy its set the way you want it. For example a sub contractor he had hired did a poor job with repointing an exterior brick facade on our house. The sub started the job before he was told, then used the wrong product and it looked horrible. Joel was notified and he immediately fixed the issue which involved A LOT of work undoing what the subcontractor did. I'm sure it cost him a good amount of time and money but even so he made it right. He was very courteous and involved my wife in the process. He ensured everyone understood the plan and any question was answered. Joel is unique in that he holds himself to a high level of accountability. If your looking for your next General Contractor look no further, this guy can do it all and can do it right.
